Do guests need to download an app?
No. Scanning the QR code with the normal phone camera opens your album in the browser. There’s nothing to install and no account to create.
Which plan should I choose?
As a guide, guests share about 10 to 15 photos each. Intimate suits up to about 60 guests, Classic about 60 to 150, and Grand bigger events. If you fill up, upgrade from your dashboard and pay only the difference.
What if the venue has bad signal?
Photos are sent in small pieces that retry on their own when the signal drops, so guests never have to start again. They can also add photos later, from home.
Can I print the cards myself?
Yes. Download the card as an image and print it at home or at any print shop, at 5×7 inches or A5. Or download just the QR code for your own stationery.
How long is my album available?
Until 30 days after your event, so you have time to download everything. Want longer? Choose 3, 6 or 12 months when you sign up, or add time later. Extra months are charged monthly and you can stop any time.
